Juan is an ASFA Certified Personal Trainer and Mindset Coach who uses fitness as a tool to help people rewrite limiting beliefs. With a multi-sport background in football, baseball, and soccer—and experience living in San Diego, San Francisco, and Portland—he brings a versatile and emotionally intelligent coaching style. His focus? Discipline, identity transformation, and helping clients believe in who they can become.

After overcoming postpartum depression through movement, Jazmine became a trainer to help others reconnect with their strength. Joey Michael Navarro

Joey is a certified personal trainer with a background in Track & Field, Bodybuilding, Wrestling, and Powerlifting. He also serves as a firefighter with the Holtville Fire Department, bringing both toughness and tactical experience to his coaching. Joey’s sessions emphasize functional strength, endurance, and confidence—whether you’re just starting or ready to level up your athletic performance.

Christopher Jones

Chris is a military-trained coach (Army, MCMAP Level 1), CrossFit L1 certified, and a multi-gold medalist in USPA/USPC Powerlifting. He’s a certified powerlifting judge and trainer with over a decade of experience helping athletes prepare for competition. His no-nonsense style is balanced by deep knowledge of body mechanics and mindset, making him ideal for those who need structured, high-performance guidance.

Leticia is an ISSA Certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach who specializes in sustainable strength and fat loss coaching.
