I have been actively lifting for over 5 years non-stop where at my heaviest I was a size 16 after 4 kids. My job is to show you that your goals are achievable!

Working from home meant we could vary snack and coffee breaks, change our desks or view, goof off, drink on the job, even spend the day in pajamas

I am the resident Hybrid trainer at this facility.  People come to my class expecting me to put them through a rigorous training session, and not “sugar-coating” it.  During the class, we will do cardio, turf work, cross training, etc.  My Hybrid class is for all fitness levels, so be prepared to work, no matter what shape you’re in.  My Senior Wellness class is specialized to our members 50 & up.  You’ll work through basic movements and do cardio training in this class. Background: I’ve been a certified trainer and teaching for almost 20 years.
    I am 4:13 Fitness Center’s in-house certified Beachbody Coach. You can catch my classes 5 times a week. My classes are fun yet challenging. Come ready to sweat and get your heart rate up.
