Hi everyone, my name is Sirena Canales.  I am a personal trainer here at 4:13 and teach the Boot Camp class.  The Boot Camp class is a strength and conditioning based class that’s primary focus is weight loss.  This class is highly energetic and involves a combination of weights and cardiovascular training.  So be ready to lift some weights and do some Burpees!! Background: I’ve been a certified trainer for +3 years and have had a very loyal client base.  I’ve been working out for over 10 years and love passing on my knowledge to my clients.  My personal training is extremely detailed and custom to each client.  We will take body measurements and compare them as we progress.  I will help you with your meal plan and track your macro-nutrients.  
    Hi guys I am Keyla your certified Zumba instructor. As your instructor I strive to provide a top notch high quality class. Each year I travel to Orlando, FL to attend the official Zumba Convention and return super motivated and ready to share new challenging routines. My greatest accomplishment to date has been placing first place in the 2017 Belleza Fitness Mexico.
      I am 4:13 Fitness Center’s in-house certified Beachbody Coach. You can catch my classes 5 times a week. My classes are fun yet challenging. Come ready to sweat and get your heart rate up.
