I am the resident Hybrid trainer at this facility.  People come to my class expecting me to put them through a rigorous training session, and not “sugar-coating” it.  During the class, we will do cardio, turf work, cross training, etc.  My Hybrid class is for all fitness levels, so be prepared to work, no matter what shape you’re in.  My Senior Wellness class is specialized to our members 50 & up.  You’ll work through basic movements and do cardio training in this class.

Background: I’ve been a certified trainer and teaching for almost 20 years.

Hello world my name is Austin and I am a certified personal trainer through Expert Rating. I am a current resident of Imperial and have been lifting for about 6 years now. I have also competed in 2 USPA powerlifting meets and took first both times in my class.
    I am a former relief pitcher in Major League Baseball. Seanez, who is of Mexican American descent, was originally drafted by the Cleveland Indians in 1986.
      As general manager, I want to create an environment of fitness and health for all 4:13 Fitness Center members. I want a facility that meets everyone’s expectations and brings satisfaction to all. 4:13 Fitness Center is the premier personal training gym in Imperial Valley. I want to see our personal training grow because everyone needs to be pushed and motivated. Our personal trainers can help our members reach goals. Background: When I served in the Army, I developed my skills as a leader and was proud to be selected to participate in elite training programs. I wrestled in college and started MMA fighting in 1999. I’ve been running gyms for years. I bring a whole new level of training. I’ve trained professional athletes, which is very rewarding, but even more rewarding is being involved in the personal transformations of individuals who want to become healthier and more fit. Interests: I like to train hard. I love MMA, boxing, Muay Thai, Jiu Jitsu, wrestling and submission grappling.
