Hey everyone, Deuce here… If you want a high end, killer, hy-brid based workout, come find me.  We’ll start out with some core to keep that core working the entire workout, then we’ll hit some weights and finish off outside on the turf with an intense cardio based finale.  Come prepared and ready to work!!

Background: I’ve been in the fitness world for over 25 years and have been a serious student of the game for over 15 years.  I’m actually one of the owners of this magnificent facility.

I have been actively lifting for over 5 years non-stop where at my heaviest I was a size 16 after 4 kids. My job is to show you that your goals are achievable!
    Hi everyone, my name is Sirena Canales.  I am a personal trainer here at 4:13 and teach the Boot Camp class.  The Boot Camp class is a strength and conditioning based class that’s primary focus is weight loss.  This class is highly energetic and involves a combination of weights and cardiovascular training.  So be ready to lift some weights and do some Burpees!! Background: I’ve been a certified trainer for +3 years and have had a very loyal client base.  I’ve been working out for over 10 years and love passing on my knowledge to my clients.  My personal training is extremely detailed and custom to each client.  We will take body measurements and compare them as we progress.  I will help you with your meal plan and track your macro-nutrients.
