Ready to break a sweat? Our cardio area includes bikes, elliptical machines, treadmills, and stair-masters.
ASSISTED MACHINES
Free weights not your thing? Not a problem! Our assisted machines not only make it easier to workout, but they include images and videos that demonstrate how to use them with the use of an app.
WEIGHTS
Our weight area includes dumbbells ranging from 5 lbs. to 100Â lbs.. Whether you are a heavy lifter or not, we got you covered.
THE CAGE
Smaller space? No problem. "The Cage" combines our turf and cross training area into one. From squat racks to space for a full body workout, you won't leave without breaking a sweat.
SHOWER
Don't have time to make it home to get ready for the day? Don't worry, we offer a shower to our members at this location. Don't forget your towel!
