Class details

Instructors Loretta Moore and Jiyoung Hunter make a great team and bring variety of aerobic and anaerobic spinning workouts with high beat music playing and dimmed lighting. The workout employs a stationary bike, which has various tension levels to increase resistance to simulate going up hill. Spinning is low impact training but, this class increases your cardiovascular endurance while working your whole body.
