Instructor Francisco Tapia runs a program with WOD (Workout of the day), EMOM (Every Minute, On the Minute), AMRAP (As Many Rounds as Possible), Chipper, and Benchmark. Juan teaches proficient movement patterns by performing functional movements with relatively high intensity based exercise to maximize the workload under a specific time frame of repetitions. His workouts are based on power cleans, snatch, split jerk, deadlift and back squat.
