Instructor Francisco Tapia will push you to your limits by challenging your cardiovascular conditioning with an intense full body workout, while correcting your forms and techniques. Irene’s weight training, body weight training, plyometrics and calisthenics routines will help you improve your speed, strength, agility and flexibility. This class is very structural and participants are involved in counting and synchronized movements.
